I've been at this for six Christmases' now so I decided it was time to do a little something different. This year I am going to play some holiday songs that I haven't played before.
Let's start off with this one from one third of the group Emerson, Lake, and Palmer.

Did someone else do the Father Christmas one? I seem to recall another version but can't put my finger on it. Could be the same guy maybe just a different recording. I also like the Orbison version of Pretty Paper better.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few versions of the song. Possibly the version you are thinking of is the one U2 did. The Orbison version is ok Willie's is the original one I like bestest.
