In 1962 Bobby "Boris" Pickett released The Monster Mash and began the Halloween novelty record craze. So many artists cashed in on the fad that to this day there are songs that I have never heard of that are new to me every year. Here is a collection of the original record covers.
Spoooooky stuff. I bet many, many kids (and adults) spent nights creeped out listening to these in the dark!
